Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

SLP therapy may include treatment for functional communication of wants/needs, word-finding, decreased speech intelligibility, decreased memory/recall, decreased understanding, decreased ability to independently complete activities of daily living (ADLs), decreased ability to plan, decreased ability to complete tasks in the correct order, swallowing, and more.
